This creates a fragmented, hard-to-navigate system that is exhausting to maintain. When leadership changes, extensive training is needed before the new team can confidently manage the system.

The goal of the InPerson Platform is to unify all digital needs of associations into a single platform that is easy to use and priced comparably to a tool from any individual sub-domain.

Tasks and Goals

The Tasks and Goals sub-pages replace applications like Asana, Todoist, Trello, or ClickUp, which are commonly used in businesses. In associations, this need is often addressed verbally or through collaborative documents such as Google Docs.

Tasks and Goals are designed intuitively: for each task you can assign an event and a responsible person, while for goals you can set the target year and sub-goals. This improves organization for both short-term tasks and long-term strategy.

Membership Records

The Members sub-page provides simple yet powerful management of the member directory. It replaces Excel, which is the most commonly used tool for this purpose in associations. The page simplifies searching, filtering, and updating data.

This sub-page integrates with email: the Email page imports email addresses and member categories that you assign in the last column (e.g., active, training, runners, players, etc.).

Events

On the Events sub-page you create events and add details such as images, links, descriptions, dates, and locations. This sub-page replaces scattered Word/Docs documents containing plans and information.

A key feature is integration: events can be directly referenced from the promotion sub-page and from Tasks.

Email

The Email sub-page is currently the most advanced part of the application. It offers functionality similar to tools like MailChimp, Klaviyo, or MailerLite, while many associations still send messages through Gmail.

Over 50 public templates are available for professionally designed HTML emails. Using artificial intelligence, you can create event invitations or other announcements and send them directly from the application. You can also generate or write plain-text messages.

For additional efficiency, you can import event data directly into a template, further reducing preparation time.

Facebook and Copywriting

The application allows you to generate ideas for Facebook posts and write promotional copy using artificial intelligence. This sub-page replaces direct use of ChatGPT and enhances it by leveraging event data already stored in the application.

We especially recommend using it for short video ideas such as Reels, as video is currently the most effective medium for promoting events.

Membership Fees

The Membership Fees sub-page is similar to the Members page and enables tracking of membership fee payments. It replaces Excel, while advanced editing, filtering, and search features make it more pleasant to use.
