Terms of Service

1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) define the conditions of use of the web and mobile application InPerson Platform (hereinafter: the Application), intended for associations and other organizations for:

  • membership and fee management
  • event creation and promotion
  • publishing content on Facebook and Instagram platforms
  • sending email notifications and newsletters
  • team coordination and task management (to-do functionality)
  • goal setting and strategic planning
  • organizational records and activity management

By using the Application, the user agrees to these Terms.

2. Description of Application Services

The Application provides associations and other organizations with the following functionalities:

2.1. Digital Association Management

  • maintaining a member list
  • tracking membership fees, statuses, and contacts
  • managing permissions and team roles

2.2. Event Creation and Promotion

  • creating events (description, location, time)
  • linking events with promotional posts
  • graphic design from templates and conversion to images
  • scheduling posts on Facebook and Instagram

2.3. Communication

  • sending individual or bulk email notifications
  • sending reminders, confirmations, and notifications to members

2.4. Team Management

  • to-do lists and task assignment
  • progress and internal goal tracking
  • managing strategies, plans, and organizational documents

2.5. Integrations

  • connection with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs for content publishing
  • connection with Google APIs (Gmail) for sending email messages
  • connection with other email services (e.g., SMTP)

3. Use of the Application

3.1. Registration

To use the Application, login is required via:

  • Facebook Login, or
  • another registration method, if available

The user must provide accurate information during registration.

3.2. Managing Permissions for External Services

Meta (Facebook and Instagram): To publish on Facebook or Instagram profiles, the user must grant the Application permissions. The user can revoke these permissions at any time via Meta Account Center.

Google (Gmail): To send email via Gmail API, the user must approve access to:

  • basic Google account information (email address, public profile)
  • sending email on behalf of the user

The Application does NOT access incoming email or other folders in the Gmail account. The user can revoke permissions at any time via Google Account Settings.

3.3. User Responsibility

The user agrees to:

  • not use the Application for illegal activities
  • only publish content they have the right to use
  • ensure they have access to the Facebook/Instagram pages on which they wish to publish
  • use the Google/Gmail integration in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy
  • not abuse email functionalities for spam or unsolicited messages

4. User-Generated Content

The user is solely responsible for all content (posts, images, events, email messages) created in the Application.

The user grants the Application the right to:

  • technically process content for service operation purposes
  • publish content on platforms selected by the user

The Application assumes no responsibility for:

  • inappropriate, illegal, or unauthorized content
  • copyright infringements by the user

5. Service Availability and Operation

The Application strives to ensure uninterrupted operation; however, the user understands that the following may occur:

  • technical issues
  • server outages
  • changes to Facebook/Instagram or Google API rules
  • limitations imposed by external providers (Meta, Google, email)
  • daily email sending limits set by Google (Gmail API)

The operator does not guarantee 100% availability.


6. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, published at: Privacy Policy

By using the Application, the user agrees to the Privacy Policy.


7. Prohibited Use

The user must not use the Application for:

  • sending unsolicited messages (spam)
  • harassing or misleading members
  • publishing hateful, violent, or illegal material
  • hacking attempts, malicious practices, or exploiting vulnerabilities

In case of violations, the operator may:

  • restrict access to the Application
  • permanently delete the user account
  • report inappropriate behavior to relevant authorities or Meta platforms

8. Termination of Use

The user may at any time:

  • delete their account
  • revoke Meta platform permissions via Meta Account Center
  • revoke Google account permissions via Google Account Settings
  • stop using the Application

The operator may terminate or restrict access if the user violates these Terms.


9. Limitation of Liability

The operator is not liable for:

  • data loss resulting from user actions or misuse
  • incorrect posts or email messages created by the user
  • inability to publish or send email due to changes in Meta or Google APIs
  • technical issues with third-party providers (Meta, Google, email, SMS)
  • the user exceeding daily email sending limits

The operator is also not liable for damages arising from:

  • misuse of the user account
  • incorrect or false user data
  • unauthorized posts due to password sharing within the association

10. Changes to Terms

The operator may change these Terms at any time.

In the event of significant changes, the user will be notified within the Application or by email.

Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Terms.


11. Final Provisions

All disputes shall be governed by Slovenian law.

The competent court is the court at the seat of the operator, unless the law provides otherwise.

If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
